Note: lost WiFi connection is indicated by a red blinking LED status light. For help with your live video stream, please visit this page.
Lighthouse should automatically reconnect if your WiFi signal is lost; if it doesn’t, it should only take a few steps to get it back online:
- Unplug the camera for 10 seconds
- Plug it back in
- Wait for it to reboot, the camera should reconnect on its own
If this doesn’t resolve the issue, please restart your WiFi router (or unplug, then plug back in). When it boots back up, Lighthouse should reconnect automatically.
