Recorded video clips load independent of the live view, so if they don’t load it’s usually due to internet connection strength. If you’re experiencing trouble loading recorded video, please take the following steps:
- Close the app
- Switch to a stronger internet source (WiFi or cellular data)
- Re-open the app and try viewing the video
If you’re unable to access a different internet source, try restarting your phone’s internet connection by toggling airplane mode on for 5 seconds, then toggling airplane off again.
