The LED status light helps explain what’s happening with the device. The list below includes statuses that may indicate there’s a problem (for a list of all colors, click here).
This means your Lighthouse is busy booting up (if you just plugged it in) or updating (if it’s already been set up).
This is normal, and typically lasts 3-5 minutes at most.
If it stays solid red for more than 15 minutes, please contact us.
This means Lighthouse has lost connection to your WiFi. If your WiFi is working normally, it should reconnect on its own; if not, use the following steps to reconnect:
Unplug your device for 10 seconds, then plug it back in. This will reset the WiFi and trigger it to reconnect after it finishes booting up.
If this doesn't resolve the issue, recycling your WiFi router’s signal should resolve it. Just restart (or power off, then back on) your WiFi router. When it finishes powering up, your Lighthouse should reconnect on its own.
This means your Lighthouse camera is offline and not streaming video. If it doesn’t restart and change to solid white on its own within 5 minutes, take the following steps:
Unplug your device for 10 seconds, then plug it back in. The device will reboot and the camera should start streaming when it automatically reconnects.
