Lighthouse devices are sold with a service plan called Lighthouse Intelligence. It provides all the advanced computer vision and intelligent notifications that make Lighthouse unique. Intelligence is bundled with each device sold on our site, so if you've purchased a device from Light.house, you're all set!
Do I need a subscription?
- A subscription to Lighthouse Intelligence provides access to advanced 3D computer vision, recorded video, intelligent search, pet recognition and all the features that set Lighthouse apart, so a subscription is sold with each device purchased on our site.
Can I watch video without a subscription?
- You’ll be able to stream live video without a subscription, but won’t have access to recorded video, Intelligence services or advanced computer vision.
Do subscriptions cost extra?
- When you buy a device on our site a subscription is automatically bundled in, so there's no extra cost to activate your device when you get it. If you've already bought from our site, you're all set!
How do subscriptions work?
- Subscriptions provide all the advanced features that set Lighthouse apart from other home devices and cameras. Subscriptions work on a per-device basis, so you'll need one for each device.
- Subscriptions are bundled with the device when purchased through our site, and cost $10/month after your initial year of service is over.
- Your subscription starts once you've activated the device.
Is my subscription refunded if I return the device?
- Yes, if you wish to return the device within our 30-day return policy we'll issue a refund of the service as well.
Do you offer an extended warranty with the subscription?
- Lighthouse comes with a 1-year limited warranty and support for the life of the device, but we don't offer extended warranties.
