What is Lighthouse's warranty policy?
Lighthouse purchases come with a 1-year limited warranty. If you need to initiate a warranty claim, here's what to do:
- Contact Lighthouse Support from the email used when you purchased the device
- Include a detailed description of the failure, included pictures or screenshots (when applicable)
- If possible, include the device serial number. This can be found next to the barcode on the box it came in, or by unscrewing the base and looking at the sticker in the slot at the bottom of the device.
- Note: the original purchaser should initiate any and all warranty claims
We'll respond as soon as possible, and provide troubleshooting steps if we're able to fix the problem. If troubleshooting is unable to fix the issue and we determine a replacement is appropriate, we'll send a replacement and a prepaid label to return the failed unit.
