- Lighthouse offers a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. If you need to initiate a return, please take the following steps:

- Make sure the device is shipped in safe, padded material
- Choosing a shipping service with tracking is recommended, but not required
- Clearly print your return address to help us identify the package
Please note, any original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and the device must be received in its original condition to be eligible for a full refund.
