Lighthouse provides email and live chat support.
To get in touch, please simply submit a request, click the Chat With Us tab below, or Leave a Message if we're not available .
App users can also send us diagnostic information from your phone when submitting a request! Just open up your app, click the More tab, and tap Contact Support to email us directly from your phone. The email will contain some phone and app information to help us address your request.
We don't have a timeline for introducing a phone number for support yet, but we answer all emails well within 24 hours, 7 days a week.
